1. SCOPE

These Specific Terms of Service supplement the General Terms of Service and regulate the specific aspects of each type of service provided by SN WHITE HOSTING, including:

• Alojamiento Compartido
• WordPress Hosting
• VPS (Virtual Private Servers)
• Dedicated Servers
• Registro de Dominio (through our provider Soluciones Corporativas IP, SL)

In case of contradiction between these Specific Terms and the General Terms, these Specific Terms shall prevail.

2. SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT (SLA)

SN WHITE HOSTING guarantees a minimum monthly uptime of 99.95% for its hosting and server services, except for interruptions caused by:

• Scheduled maintenance (with prior notice).
• Failures or incidents beyond the control of SN WHITE HOSTING (network provider issues, DDoS attacks, force majeure).

If the SLA is not met, the Client may request a credit to their account equivalent to a percentage of the monthly service fee, as set forth in the General Terms.

3. BACKUP POLICY

SN WHITE HOSTING performs automatic backups according to the following schedule:

• Monday to Saturday at 03:00 AM: incremental backups.
• Sundays at 03:00 AM: full backup.

Backups are stored on infrastructure managed by SN WHITE HOSTING and are performed solely for disaster recovery purposes.
The Client may request restoration of a backup through the support system. Additional fees may apply if the restoration is not due to a fault attributable to SN WHITE HOSTING.
However, the Client remains primarily responsible for maintaining their own external backups.

4.1 Basic Plan

4.2 Intermediate Plan

• 2.5 GB RAM
• 20 GB SSD web space
• 6 MySQL databases (phpMyAdmin)
• Unlimited email accounts
• SSL certificate included
• Compatible with Joomla, WordPress, PrestaShop, and other CMS
• 6 FTP accounts
• Backup included
• cPanel
• Unlimited bandwidth

4.3 Advanced Plan

• 3.5 GB RAM
• 50 GB SSD web space
• 10 MySQL databases (phpMyAdmin)
• Unlimited email accounts
• SSL certificate included
• Compatible with Joomla, WordPress, PrestaShop, and other CMS
• 10 FTP accounts
• Backup included
• cPanel
• Unlimited bandwidth

5. VPS AND DEDICATED SERVERS

The specifications of each VPS or dedicated server will be those published at the time of purchase.
The Client has full administrative (root) access and is responsible for the administration, configuration, and security of the server, unless a managed service has been contracted.

6. DOMAIN REGISTRATION

• Domain registration and renewal are carried out through Soluciones Corporativas IP, SL as the authorized registrar.
• Renewal is automatic unless the Client notifies in writing their intention not to renew before the expiration date.
• An invoice will be automatically issued in case of renewal.
• The grace period after expiration depends on the domain extension and follows the policies of the relevant registry and/or ICANN.
• The Client is responsible for keeping domain contact details up to date.

7. USAGE LIMITATIONS

• It is prohibited to use the services for illegal activities, sending unsolicited bulk email (spam), hosting copyrighted content without authorization, malware, or any other use that could damage the infrastructure or reputation of SN WHITE HOSTING.
• In shared hosting, any usage that significantly affects server performance may be temporarily limited or migrated to a higher plan.

8. SERVICE PLAN UPDATES

SN WHITE HOSTING may update at any time the specifications, resources, or pricing of its service plans.
Clients will be notified at least 15 calendar days prior to the effective date.
Updated plan details will be published on our website.
