1. Purpose of the Report
This report is issued in compliance with the European Union Digital Services Act (DSA) and reflects the commitment of SN WHITE HOSTING™, operated by SN SOLUTIONS LLC, to act transparently in handling content, processing abuse reports, and addressing illegal activities on the services we provide.
2. Scope
This report covers the following services:
Web hosting services.
Email services.
Domain name registration and management.
3. Handling of Illegal Content Reports
Abuse reports must be submitted to abuse@snwhitehosting.com.
All reports are reviewed within a maximum of 24 business hours.
If a report is deemed valid, corrective actions may include:
Requesting the client to remove the content.
Temporary suspension of the service.
Permanent termination of the service in severe cases.
4. Abuse Management Statistics (initial example, updated annually)

5. Principles of Action
Neutrality: SN WHITE HOSTING™ does not evaluate content on political, ideological, or opinion-based grounds.
Proportionality: We only act against content that violates our policies or applicable law.
Right of Appeal: Clients affected by corrective measures may appeal decisions by opening a ticket in their client area.
6. Cooperation with Authorities
In cases involving illegal activities, we cooperate with the competent authorities of EU Member States, complying with the procedures and deadlines established under the DSA.
7. Publication of the Report
This report will be updated annually and published on snwhitehosting.com.
