Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

1. Program Overview

The SN WHITE HOSTING™ Affiliate Program allows partners to earn recurring commissions by referring new customers. This agreement establishes the applicable terms and conditions for all program participants.

Commissions are calculated on continuous and recurring billing services, with a tiered model that rewards growth and maintenance of an active customer base.

2. Base Commission

All SN WHITE HOSTING™ partners start with a recurring commission of 10% on the net amount of qualified services.

2.1. Included Services

Commissions apply only to the following recurring billing services:

• Shared hosting
• Game servers
• Reseller plans
• Email services

2.2. Commission Calculation

Commissions are calculated on the net service amount, excluding taxes, registration fees, installation fees or other non-recurring charges.

2.3. Commission Maintenance

The commission remains active only while the referred customer maintains at least one active service in good payment standing. Suspension, cancellation or non-payment of the service results in loss of the corresponding commission.

3. Automatic Commission Scaling

The commission percentage increases automatically based on the number of active referred customers, applying retroactively to all active customers of the partner.

The percentage reached applies to all active customers of the partner, not just new or additional customers.

3.3. Monthly Review

The commission tier review is performed monthly, based on the number of active customers during that billing period.

4. Validation of Referred Customers

For a customer to be considered valid and generate commission, all the following requirements must be met:

• Have contracted services exclusively through the partner's official referral link
• Be correctly registered by the tracking system at the time of signup
• Maintain at least one active service for a minimum of 30 days
• Be current on payment at the time of monthly review

4.2. Customer Exclusions

Will not be counted as valid referred customers:

• Customers manually registered by SN WHITE HOSTING™ internal team
• Customers with previously existing accounts on the platform
• Registrations made without valid affiliate link reference
• Customers with canceled, suspended or unpaid services

4.3. Limitation of Liability

SN WHITE HOSTING™ is not responsible for references not correctly registered due to cookie blockers, disabled cookies, browser extensions or other factors external to the company's control.

5. Level Adjustments and Tier Maintenance

5.1. Tier Demotion

If a partner drops tiers for two consecutive months, the commission will automatically adjust to the corresponding level based on the number of active customers at that time.

5.2. Tier Recovery

The partner may recover or improve their commission tier at any time by reaching again the volume of active customers required for the higher tier.

5.3. Calculation Basis

Tier calculation is based exclusively on active customers during the monthly review, without considering historical inactive or canceled customers.

6. Commission Exclusions

The following items will not generate commission under any circumstances:

• One-time or single payments
• Setup, installation or configuration fees
• Non-recurring or one-off services
• Taxes, government fees or regulatory charges
• Services contracted for the partner's own internal use
• Transactions derived from fraudulent, abusive or deceptive activities

SN WHITE HOSTING™ reserves the right to withhold, adjust or cancel commissions if fraudulent practices, abusive self-promotion, deceptive recruitment or misuse of the affiliate program are detected.

7. Commission Payment Method and Frequency

7.1. Payment Methods

Generated commissions may be paid through the following methods:

• Internal balance in the partner's account: No minimum amount required. Commissions will be automatically credited to the partner's account balance.
• Direct bank transfer: Subject to a minimum accumulated amount of €50 (fifty euros). The partner must provide valid banking details to receive payment.

7.2. Settlement Frequency

Commission settlement is performed monthly, during the first 10 business days of the month following the corresponding billing period.

7.3. Payment Verification

All commissions are subject to verification and validation of underlying transactions. SN WHITE HOSTING™ reserves the right to withhold commission payment until completing any investigation of suspicious activity.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Partners may not engage in the following activities:

• Post affiliate links in unsolicited mailing lists or spam
• Use phishing, deception or misrepresentation techniques to obtain referrals
• Create fraudulent or fake accounts to generate commissions
• Manipulate the tracking system or referral cookies
• Make self-referrals or circular referrals
• Offer incentives that contradict SN WHITE HOSTING™ policies
• Use the SN WHITE HOSTING™ name or brand without express authorization

Non-compliance with these restrictions will result in immediate suspension of the program and loss of all pending commissions.

9. Tax Responsibilities

Partners are responsible for compliance with all tax and fiscal obligations arising from commissions received. SN WHITE HOSTING™ is not responsible for withholding, declaring or paying taxes on behalf of the partner.

In jurisdictions where legally required, SN WHITE HOSTING™ will issue corresponding tax documents and may withhold applicable taxes according to current legislation.

10. Suspension and Termination

10.1. Right to Suspend

SN WHITE HOSTING™ reserves the right to suspend or terminate any partner's participation in the program in the following cases:

• Violation of the terms of this agreement
• Fraudulent or deceptive activity
• Non-payment or arrears on services contracted as a customer
• Conduct that damages SN WHITE HOSTING™ reputation
• Continued inactivity for more than 12 months

10.2. Loss of Commissions

In case of suspension or termination, all pending commissions may be permanently withheld. Commissions already paid will not be refunded, except in cases of proven fraud.

10.3. Voluntary Termination

The partner may terminate their participation in the program at any time by written notification to SN WHITE HOSTING™. Commissions accrued up to the termination date will be paid as established in this agreement.

11. Modification of Terms

SN WHITE HOSTING™ reserves the right to modify the conditions of this Affiliate Program, including but not limited to:

• Commission percentages
• Tier scales
• Included or excluded services
• Payment methods and frequency
• Customer validation requirements

Any modification will be notified to partners with a minimum of 30 calendar days' notice via registered email and announcement in the client area.

Continued participation in the program after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.

12. Limitation of Liability

SN WHITE HOSTING™ will not be responsible for:

• Loss of commissions due to technical factors beyond its control
• Tracking errors caused by blockers or third-party software
• Business decisions of referred customers resulting in service cancellations
• Indirect, consequential or incidental damages arising from program participation

13. Intellectual Property

Use of SN WHITE HOSTING™ name, logo, trademark or marketing materials is subject to prior written approval. Partners will receive access to approved promotional materials that may be used exclusively for promoting SN WHITE HOSTING™ services.

Any unauthorized use of SN WHITE HOSTING™ intellectual property will result in immediate termination of the program.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute related to this agreement must be reported in writing through the SN WHITE HOSTING™ support system within 30 days following the event that originates it.

SN WHITE HOSTING™ will investigate the dispute and issue a final decision within 15 business days. The decision of SN WHITE HOSTING™ will be final and binding.

15. Acceptance and Validity

By participating in the SN WHITE HOSTING™ Affiliate Program, the partner agrees to be bound by the terms of this agreement.

This agreement comes into effect on the date of partner registration in the program and remains in effect until its termination as established in Section 10.
