SN WHITE HOSTING – Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

1. PURPOSE
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets forth the acceptable and prohibited uses of SN WHITE HOSTING™ services, ensuring a secure, reliable, and lawful hosting environment for all clients.
It applies to Shared Hosting, WordPress Hosting, Reseller Hosting, VPS, Dedicated Servers, Game Servers, StorageBox, and related services.
2. GENERAL PRINCIPLES
Clients must use services in a lawful, responsible, and respectful manner, avoiding any activity that:
Violates local, state, federal, or international laws
Harms the security, stability, or performance of SN WHITE HOSTING infrastructure
Compromises privacy or rights of other users
Violation of these principles may result in immediate suspension or termination.
3. USAGE RESTRICTIONS
3.1 Shared Hosting and WordPress Hosting
Excessive disk space or inode usage may lead to temporary throttling or migration to a higher plan
Hosting audio/video streaming or media services without authorization is prohibited
3.2 VPS and Dedicated Servers
Clients are responsible for server management, security, and updates unless managed services are contracted
Use of services for DDoS attacks, unauthorized network scanning, malware distribution, phishing, or other malicious activities is prohibited
3.3 Backup Restrictions
Hosting may not be used as a general-purpose backup for unrelated external data
Clients may back up their own hosted data within the technical limits of their plan
StorageBox services are provided under separate contracts for proper backup management
4. PROHIBITED CONTENT
Clients may not host, transmit, or distribute:
Copyrighted or intellectual property-infringing material without authorization
Illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, or misleading content
Pornographic, sexually explicit, or adult material
Malware, viruses, trojans, ransomware, or other code intended to damage systems or data
5. EMAIL USAGE
Sending spam, bulk unsolicited emails, or phishing campaigns is strictly prohibited
All email activity must comply with applicable anti-spam and commercial communication laws
Accounts violating email policies may result in IP blocks or service suspension to protect network reputation
6. ACTIVITIES AFFECTING THIRD PARTIES
Using scripts, bots, or automation to attack, scan, or interfere with third-party systems is prohibited
Generating abusive traffic, scraping, or otherwise impacting other networks without authorization is forbidden
7. ABUSE AND DMCA PROCEDURE
SN WHITE HOSTING complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and relevant U.S. law
Valid copyright claims or abuse reports may result in content suspension or removal without prior notice
Clients are notified when possible and may submit counter-notices in accordance with legal procedures
Immediate suspensions may occur if abuse threatens network reputation, service availability, or legal compliance
8. CONSEQUENCES OF NON-COMPLIANCE
Violating this AUP may result in:
Temporary suspension of affected services
Permanent account termination in severe or repeated cases
Billing for additional costs caused by abuse
Legal action, including cooperation with authorities and court orders if unlawful activity is detected
IP/ASN restrictions or blacklisting if network reputation is at risk
9. COOPERATION WITH AUTHORITIES
SN WHITE HOSTING may provide Client data to law enforcement, regulatory agencies, or courts as required
Clients must not use services for activities that could expose SN WHITE HOSTING to legal liability
10. PAYMENT AND SERVICE IMPLICATIONS
Suspensions or terminations under the AUP do not relieve Clients from payment obligations
Clients remain liable for all incurred fees, charges, or damages related to AUP violations
11. UPDATES TO THE AUP
SN WHITE HOSTING reserves the right to modify this policy at any time
Clients will be notified 15 days in advance, except for immediate changes needed for legal or security reasons
