SN WHITE HOSTING – Abuse, Intellectual Property and DSA

Effective date: October 24, 2026

This page explains how to report abuse and illegal content hosted on our services, how we handle it, how copyright and trademarks are protected, and how the SN WHITE HOSTING™ brand may be used. It also brings together the information required by Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 on Digital Services ("DSA").

1. WHO WE ARE

Through SN SOLUTIONS LLC, SN WHITE HOSTING™ provides hosting services (hosting, VPS, dedicated servers, game servers and storage) and domain services. We store content on behalf of our customers: we are not an online platform that disseminates it to the public and we do not review in advance what they host. We act when we become aware of illegal content or activity.

2. WHAT WE CONSIDER ABUSE

Any illegal activity or activity contrary to the Acceptable Use and Security Policy, for example:

  • Phishing, scams, fraud or impersonation.
  • Distribution of malware or malicious code.
  • Spam by email, comments or messaging.
  • Copyright or trademark infringement.
  • Attacks (DDoS, intrusions, scanning) and unauthorised access.
  • Illegal content, including child sexual abuse material.

3. HOW TO REPORT

3.1. Channels

We reply in Spanish and English.

3.2. What the report must include

  1. Why you consider the content or activity illegal or abusive.
  2. Where it is: the exact location (one or more URLs) or, if there is none, the IP address, email headers or other technical details that allow it to be found, with dates and times.
  3. Your name and email address, except for reports of child sexual abuse material, which may be anonymous.
  4. A statement that you believe in good faith that the information and allegations are accurate and complete.

If information is missing, the investigation may be delayed or not possible.

4. HOW WE HANDLE REPORTS

  1. Acknowledgement within 24 hours.
  2. Assessment: we check whether the report is complete and within the scope of this policy.
  3. Investigation: we review the evidence, ask for more information if needed and identify the affected service.
  4. Measures according to seriousness:
    • Minor: we ask the customer to remove the content or stop the activity.
    • Moderate: we temporarily suspend the affected service until it is resolved.
    • Serious or critical: we may remove the content, disable access to it or cancel the service immediately.
  5. Closure: we inform the reporter, where possible, and the affected customer of the decision, and we document it.

We review every case diligently, objectively and in a non-arbitrary way, by people on our team and without automated decisions. Reports of phishing, malware and attacks that put third parties at risk are prioritised. If content gives rise to a suspicion of a criminal offence involving a threat to the life or safety of persons, we will promptly inform the competent authorities.

If the affected service belongs to a reseller's customer, we notify the reseller under the Reseller Hosting Terms.

5. INFORMATION TO THE AFFECTED CUSTOMER

If we restrict content or a service, we will inform the affected customer, at the latest when the restriction is applied, with a statement of reasons that sets out:

  • The measure taken and its scope.
  • The facts and circumstances we relied on, and whether it follows a report.
  • Why we consider the content illegal or contrary to our terms, referring to the applicable law or term.
  • How the decision can be challenged.

We will not send this information when an authority prohibits it.

6. HOW TO CHALLENGE A DECISION (COUNTER-NOTICE)

If you disagree with a decision we have taken about content, whether you are the affected customer or the reporter, you can ask us to review it within 6 months, with a ticket or by email to abuse@snwhitehosting.com, stating:

  • Your name and contact details.
  • The affected content or service.
  • Why you believe the decision is wrong.

We will review the decision diligently, by people other than those who took it where possible, and let you know the outcome. If the decision was not justified, we will restore the content or service. You can also always go to the competent courts.

7. COPYRIGHT AND TRADEMARKS

  • To report a copyright infringement, also identify the protected work and show that you are its owner or act on its behalf.
  • To report a trademark infringement, provide proof of the trademark registration, if you have it, and explain the use you consider infringing.
  • Disputes over the ownership of domain names are resolved through the procedures set out in the Domain and SSL Terms.

If your claim is based on the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), also include your physical or electronic signature and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to act on behalf of the rights holder. The affected customer may file a counter-notice with their name, contact details, identification of the removed content, a statement that the removal was a mistake and their consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of their place of residence.

Repeat infringers: we will cancel the services of customers who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights.

8. FALSE OR MALICIOUS REPORTS

Filing false, misleading or malicious reports may lead to legal action, to being blocked from our reporting channels and, if you are a customer, to the cancellation of your services. If we frequently receive manifestly unfounded reports from the same person, we may stop processing them for a period, after warning them.

9. POINTS OF CONTACT (DSA)

We cooperate with the authorities and provide the information required by law, in compliance with data protection law.

10. TRANSPARENCY REPORTS

SN SOLUTIONS LLC is a small enterprise within the meaning of European Commission Recommendation 2003/361/EC. Therefore, under Article 15(2) of the DSA, it is not required to publish the transparency reports required by that Article.

12. PRIVACY

We process the data in reports only to handle them and share it only with those who need to know it. We may disclose the reporter's name to the affected customer where needed to resolve the report, except for child sexual abuse reports. More information in the Privacy Policy.

13. CHANGES

We may change this page to adapt it to legal changes or changes to our services. We will publish changes at least 15 days in advance, unless they are needed immediately for legal reasons. If you are a customer and do not agree with them, you may cancel the affected services free of charge before they take effect.
