SN WHITE HOSTING – Software License Terms
Effective date: October 24, 2026
These terms govern the software licenses you can order from us for your servers, such as control panels (cPanel, Plesk and similar) and other add-ons. They apply together with the General Terms of Service and the Cancellation, Refund and Withdrawal Policy. The service is provided by SN SOLUTIONS LLC.
1. What you are ordering
- We provide you with a license to use software from a third-party vendor, who is the owner of the software. We are not: we act as an authorised distributor of the license.
- Use of the software is governed by the vendor's license agreement, which you accept when installing or activating it. Where that agreement and these terms differ, the vendor's agreement prevails as regards the use of the software.
- The license can be used on servers ordered from us or on other servers, as each vendor allows and as stated on the website.
2. Activation
- The license is activated as soon as payment is confirmed, usually automatically.
- The license is tied to the IP address of the server it is ordered for. It cannot be moved to another IP or server: if you change servers, you will need to order a new license for it.
3. Term and renewal
- The license lasts for the period ordered and renews automatically for the same period, unless you cancel it before the due date from the client area (https://clients.snwhitehosting.com).
- The price of some licenses depends on the number of accounts or domains you manage with them. If you exceed the number your license includes, the price of the corresponding tier may apply, according to the vendor's terms.
4. Prices
Vendors review their prices frequently. If the vendor raises the price of a license, we will pass on the increase from the next renewal, giving you at least 15 days' notice. If you do not agree, you may cancel the license free of charge before it applies.
5. Support
- We help you with activating the license and with license validation problems.
- Support on using and operating the software is provided by its vendor, unless you have ordered a managed server that includes that panel.
6. Invoicing and non-payment
- We issue the renewal invoice 7 days before the due date and charge it automatically 2 days before if you have a saved payment method. You can turn off automatic charges with a ticket.
- If the license is not paid by the due date, it will be deactivated on that day and the software will stop working on your server. The license does not hold data of its own, but the panel will be unavailable until you renew it or order another one.
7. Withdrawal and cancellation
- Licenses already activated are not refunded, because they are fully delivered when activated.
- If you are a consumer, when ordering you ask for the license to be activated immediately and acknowledge that, once activated, you lose the right of withdrawal, as explained in the Cancellation, Refund and Withdrawal Policy.
- You can cancel the license whenever you like from the client area; by default it is deactivated at the end of the paid period.
8. Liability
We are not responsible for failures, limitations or changes in third-party software, or for the vendor's decisions about its license (for example, discontinuing a product or changing its terms). If the vendor stops offering a license, we will offer you an alternative or refund the part of the paid period you cannot use.
9. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. We will let you know by email or in the client area at least 15 days in advance. Changes do not affect the period already paid and, if you do not agree, you may cancel the license free of charge before they take effect.
