SN WHITE HOSTING – Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data we process, why, for how long, and what rights you have. It applies to the website www.snwhitehosting.com, the client area and all our services.
1. Who is responsible for your data
SN WHITE HOSTINGâ„¢ is a trade name used by two companies. The controller of your data is the company you contract with, which depends on your region (you can see and change it with the "Region" selector at the top of the website):
- Customers in the European Union: SN WHITE HOSTING S.L.
- Customers in the rest of the world: SN SOLUTIONS LLC.

We process your data in accordance with United States law and, where you live in the European Union or the European Economic Area, with the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, "GDPR").
We have not appointed a data protection officer because we are not required to. For any question about your data, write to privacy@snwhitehosting.com.
2. Minimum age
Our services are intended for people aged 18 or over. We do not contract with minors or knowingly process their data. If we find that a minor has given us data, we will delete it.
3. What data we process
3.1. Data you give us
- Account and contact data: first and last name, company (if you provide it), email, phone number and postal address.
- Billing data: tax or VAT number, billing address, services ordered, invoices and payments. Payments are processed through payment gateways: we do not store your full card details.
- Support data: the content of tickets and of your communications with us.
- Website form data: what you send us through the contact, affiliate, education, internship, server request, withdrawal or illegal content notice forms.
- Domain data: the registrant and contact details each registry requires to register a domain. Some registries (for example, for .es domains) may require an identity document.
3.2. Data obtained when you use the website and services
- Technical and security data: IP address, browser and device type, date and time of access and service activity logs.
- Region and approximate country: the country derived from your IP address, to assign you the company for your region. We do not store your location.
- Cookies: the technical cookies needed for the website to work and, only if you accept them, analytics cookies. See our Cookie Policy.
3.3. Content you host on our services
Data you store or process in your services (websites, databases, emails or files) is processed by us on your behalf, as a processor, only to provide the service. The terms are in the Data Processing Addendum.
4. Why we use your data and on what legal basis

We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects on you.
5. Marketing communications
We will only send you newsletters and offers if you are a customer and turn that option on in your account. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email or from the client area. You will still receive the notices needed for your services (invoices, renewals, incidents), which are not advertising.
6. How long we keep your data

Data we keep by law after an account is closed remains restricted: it is not used for any other purpose and is only available to authorities and courts until the period ends. It is then deleted.
7. Who we share your data with
We do not sell your data. To provide our services we rely on providers that process data on our behalf, under contract and only on our instructions. They fall into these categories:
- Data centers and infrastructure providers, in Spain, in other European Union countries and in the United States (depending on where the server you order is located).
- Payment gateways, for card and e-wallet payments.
- Email service, to send you invoices, notices and replies.
- Anti-bot protection on the website forms.
- Audience measurement, only if you accept analytics cookies.
- Newsletter tool, only if you subscribe.
- Tax and accounting advisers.
We also share data with:
- Domain registries and accredited registrars, to register and manage your domains. Depending on the rules of each extension, some registrant data may appear in the public WHOIS/RDAP database.
- Public administrations, authorities and courts, when required by law.
8. International transfers
Some of the providers above are in the United States or may access data from there.
SN SOLUTIONS LLC is a United States company, so your data is processed in the United States and, depending on the service you order, in the countries where its servers are located. If you live in the European Economic Area, transfers are made with the safeguards of the GDPR: the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
9. Your rights
You can exercise at any time your rights of:
- Access to your data.
- Rectification of inaccurate data.
- Erasure of your data.
- Objection to processing.
- Restriction of processing.
- Portability of your data.
- Withdrawal of your consent, without affecting earlier processing.
Write to privacy@snwhitehosting.com or open a ticket from the client area (https://clients.snwhitehosting.com). If we cannot identify you reliably, we may ask you to prove your identity. We will reply within one month.
If you believe we have not handled your rights properly, you can lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country of residence.
10. Security
We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk: encrypted communications (TLS), access restricted to authorised staff, protected passwords, backups, network monitoring and abuse prevention. If a security breach puts you at risk, we will inform you and, where required, notify the supervisory authority.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy because of legal, technical or service changes. We will publish the new version on this page with its date and, if the changes are significant, let you know by email or in the client area.
