SN WHITE HOSTING – Web Hosting Terms
Effective date: October 24, 2026
These terms govern the shared hosting, WordPress hosting and email hosting services. They apply together with the General Terms of Service, the Acceptable Use and Security Policy and the Cancellation, Refund and Withdrawal Policy. The service is provided by SN SOLUTIONS LLC.
1. What is included
- Space on a shared server with the resources of the plan you order (disk space, inodes, CPU, memory, disk input/output, processes, databases and email accounts), as detailed on the website and in the client area.
- A control panel to manage your hosting.
- A free SSL certificate for the hosted domains, as explained in the Domain and SSL Terms.
- Automatic backups (section 6).
- 24/7 technical support by ticket (section 7).
Domains, paid SSL certificates and licenses are ordered separately, under their own terms.
2. Activation and term
- The service is activated as soon as payment is confirmed.
- It lasts for the period ordered (monthly, yearly or other) and renews automatically for the same period, unless you cancel it before the due date from the client area (https://clients.snwhitehosting.com).
3. Resources and fair use
- Shared hosting splits one server between several customers. So that everyone gets a good service, each account has limits on CPU, memory, disk input/output, simultaneous processes and email sending.
- Features advertised as "unlimited" are unlimited within the normal use of a website and are subject to those technical limits.
- If an account exceeds its limits, its performance may be temporarily reduced. If the excess is ongoing or affects other customers, we will let you know and suggest a higher plan. We will only suspend the account without prior notice if it puts the stability of the server at risk.
- Excessive use of disk space or inodes may lead to restrictions or the need to move to a higher plan.
4. Uses not allowed on web hosting
In addition to what the Acceptable Use and Security Policy prohibits, on web hosting you may not:
- Use it to store or back up files unrelated to your websites. That is what the Storage service is for.
- Offer audio or video streaming services or media servers.
- Run processes that use resources continuously and are unrelated to the website, such as cryptocurrency mining.
- Send bulk or unsolicited email.
5. Email
- You can create the email accounts your plan includes. The hourly and daily sending limits of each plan are shown in the client area; exceeding them may delay or temporarily block sending.
- You must use email responsibly and not send spam. For bulk mailings or newsletters, use a specialised service.
- We recommend setting up SPF, DKIM and DMARC on your domains to improve the delivery of your emails.
- If an account is compromised and sends spam, we may block it to protect the reputation of our IP addresses, and we will let you know so you can change the password.
6. Backups
- We make automatic backups of your hosting content: every day, Monday to Sunday, at night (server time), to affect performance as little as possible.
- They are kept for 7 days; the oldest backups are replaced by new ones.
- They are stored on our servers, encrypted.
- You can request a restoration by ticket; we process it within 24 hours.
- These backups are an additional protection measure and do not replace your own backups. We recommend keeping independent copies of your important data. We are not responsible for the loss of data that cannot be recovered from the available backups.
7. Technical support
- We provide support by ticket 24 hours a day, every day. Critical incidents (website down, security breach) are prioritised if you mark the ticket as "URGENT".
- Support covers the operation of the service on our infrastructure: the server, the control panel, email, backups and the included SSL certificate.
- It does not include developing or fixing your website, or supporting third-party plugins, themes or software you install, although we will guide you where possible.
8. WordPress
- On WordPress hosting plans, the environment is optimised for WordPress and may include tools to install and manage it.
- Keeping WordPress, themes and plugins up to date is your responsibility, unless the plan states that we do it. Outdated versions are the most common cause of infections.
- We may disable a plugin or theme that has a serious vulnerability or that affects the server, and we will let you know.
9. Security
- We apply firewalls, malware scanning and intrusion detection on our servers.
- You must protect your passwords and keep your applications secure, as explained in the Acceptable Use and Security Policy.
- If we detect malware or a compromised website, we may isolate or temporarily suspend it to protect other customers, and we will let you know so you can clean it.
10. Availability (SLA)
We guarantee 99.95% monthly availability. If we do not meet it, you can request credits for future invoices, according to the table, exclusions and procedure in the General Terms of Service.
11. Invoicing and non-payment
- We issue the renewal invoice 7 days before the due date and, if you have a saved payment method, we charge it automatically 2 days before. You can turn off automatic charges with a ticket.
- If we do not receive payment, the service may be suspended 3 days after the due date, and its data (files, databases, emails and configuration) will be permanently deleted 10 days after the due date. We will email you before the suspension and before the deletion.
12. Guarantee, withdrawal and cancellation
- 7-day guarantee: if you are not satisfied, we refund the shared or WordPress hosting fee if you ask within 7 days of activation. It does not include domains, licenses or other services ordered with it.
- If you are a consumer, you can also withdraw within 14 days of ordering, with the refund described in the Cancellation, Refund and Withdrawal Policy.
- You can cancel the service whenever you like from the client area; by default it ends at the end of the paid period. The details are in the Cancellation, Refund and Withdrawal Policy.
13. Liability
We are not responsible for the content you publish, for failures caused by your configuration, your code or third-party software, or for the loss of data that cannot be recovered from the available backups. This does not limit any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
14. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms or the features of the plans. We will let you know by email or in the client area at least 15 days in advance. Changes do not affect the period already paid and, if you do not agree, you may cancel the service free of charge before they take effect.
