SN WHITE HOSTING – Affiliate Program

Effective date: October 24, 2026

These terms govern the SN WHITE HOSTING™ Affiliate Program, which lets its participants ("Affiliates") earn recurring commissions for referring new customers. The program is run by SN SOLUTIONS LLC. The terms for reselling hosting are in the Reseller Hosting Terms.

1. HOW IT WORKS

• When you join the program you receive a referral link. Customers who order through it are linked to your affiliate account.
• You earn a recurring commission every month while those customers keep their services active and paid. The percentage is always the same for each service, with no tiers or targets.

2. SERVICES THAT EARN COMMISSION

Commissions apply to these recurring services:

No commission is earned on one-off payments, setup, installation or configuration fees, non-recurring services, taxes and duties, services you order for your own use, or fraudulent or misleading transactions.

3. COMMISSIONS

3.1. Calculation

The commission is calculated on the net amount of eligible services, excluding taxes and non-recurring charges, and only on payments we have actually received.

3.2. Percentage

The percentage in section 2 for each service applies every month the customer pays for it, regardless of how many customers you have referred.

3.3. Keeping commissions

Each customer's commission continues while they have at least one active, paid service. If their services are suspended, cancelled or unpaid, they stop earning commission.

4. WHICH CUSTOMERS COUNT

A customer counts as a valid referral if:

• They order through your official link and the referral is recorded in our system when they sign up.
• They keep at least one service active for at least 30 days.
• Their payments are up to date at the monthly review.

Customers added manually by our staff, customers who already had an account, sign-ups without a valid referral and customers with cancelled, suspended or unpaid services do not count.

The referral is recorded with a tracking cookie when the visitor arrives through your link. We are not responsible for referrals that are not recorded because the visitor blocks cookies or uses extensions or other means outside our control.

5. PAYMENT OF COMMISSIONS

• Account balance: no minimum; commissions are added automatically and you can use them to pay for your services.
• Bank transfer: from an accumulated balance of €50, providing valid bank details.
• Commissions are paid every month, within the first 10 business days of the following month.
• All commissions are subject to verification of the transactions. We may withhold a payment while we investigate suspicious activity, and adjust or cancel commissions in case of fraud, self-referrals or cancellation by the referred customers.

6. YOUR OBLIGATIONS

• Promote our services truthfully and without misleading, correctly stating their prices and terms.
• Comply with your country's laws on advertising and commercial communications, including identifying your links as advertising or affiliate links where the law requires it.
• Keep confidential any non-public information you learn about SN WHITE HOSTING™ or its customers.
• Use our brand only in authorised ways, as explained in Abuse, Intellectual Property and DSA. You may use the logos and materials we provide, but you may not create your own versions without written authorisation.

7. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You may not:

• Spread your link through spam or unsolicited emails.
• Use phishing, deception or false claims to obtain referrals.
• Create fake accounts, refer yourself or create circular referrals.
• Tamper with tracking systems or referral cookies.
• Bid on our brand in search engine ads or register domains or profiles containing it.
• Offer incentives contrary to our policies.

Breaching these rules means the immediate suspension of your participation and the loss of pending commissions.

8. TAXES

You are responsible for the taxes and tax obligations on your commissions. If you are a business or professional, you must issue us the corresponding invoice where the law requires it. We will apply the withholdings and issue the tax documents required by law.

9. SUSPENSION AND LEAVING

• We may suspend or end your participation if you breach these terms, carry out fraudulent or misleading activities, have overdue invoices as a customer, harm our reputation or your account has been inactive for more than 12 months. Except in cases of fraud or serious breach, we will let you know first.
• If your participation ends because of a breach, we may withhold pending commissions. Commissions already paid will not be claimed back, except in cases of proven fraud.
• You can leave whenever you like by telling us in writing. We will pay you the commissions accrued up to the date you leave.
• When your participation ends, you must stop using our brand, our materials and any reference to SN WHITE HOSTING™.

10. CHANGES TO THE PROGRAM

We may change the program terms (percentages, included services, payments or validation requirements). We will give you 30 days' notice by email and in the client area. If you do not agree, you can leave before they take effect and we will pay you the accrued commissions.

11. LIABILITY

We are not responsible for the loss of commissions due to technical factors outside our control, tracking errors caused by cookies or third-party software, or referred customers' decisions to cancel their services. This does not limit any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. DISPUTES

If you disagree with the calculation or payment of a commission, let us know by ticket within 30 days. We will review it and reply within 15 business days. This does not limit your right to go to the competent courts.

13. ACCEPTANCE

By joining the program you accept these terms, which apply from your sign-up as an affiliate until you leave. For anything not covered here, the General Terms of Service apply.
