SN WHITE HOSTING – General Terms of Service (Comprehensive)
Effective Date: February 21, 2026
1. SCOPE OF THE AGREEMENT
These General Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the contractual relationship between SN WHITE HOSTING, owned by SN SOLUTIONS LLC ("SN WHITE HOSTING", "we", "us", "our"), and any natural or legal person ("Client" or "User") who acquires any of the following services:
Shared and WordPress Hosting
Reseller Hosting
VPS (Virtual Private Servers), Dedicated Servers, Game Servers, Docker Containers
Domain Registration and SSL Certificates
StorageBox (Backup & Storage solutions)
Software Licenses (cPanel, Plesk, and other addons)
These Terms apply to all services unless separate specific terms are provided for individual products. Specific Service Terms, Service Level Agreements (SLA), Acceptable Use Policies (AUP), and other policies referenced herein form an integral part of the contract.
2. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA.
Any dispute shall be resolved in state or federal courts located in New Mexico, USA.
The official language of this agreement is English; translations are informational only.
3. CONTRACTING PROCESS
To acquire a service, the Client must:
Create an account in our Client Panel.
Provide accurate billing and payment details.
Expressly accept these General Terms and the Specific Terms related to the chosen service.
Complete payment according to the selected plan.
4. SERVICE PROVISION AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Support Hours: Monday to Friday (New Mexico time), excluding emergencies.
Emergencies: Critical incidents are handled via priority ticketing 24/7.
Scope: Support covers contracted service functionality; it does not include web development, custom programming, or third-party application management unless otherwise agreed.
4.1 VPS / Dedicated Servers
Clients with Unmanaged VPS/Dedicated Servers are fully responsible for management, security, configuration, software, and data.
Managed VPS/Dedicated Servers must be selected at the time of order. Unmanaged cannot be upgraded to Managed after provisioning.
SN WHITE HOSTING may refuse management requests for servers originally provisioned as Unmanaged due to unknown client modifications.
4.2 Hosting Resource Limits
Shared hosting has finite CPU, RAM, disk I/O, concurrent processes, and email sending limits.
Accounts exceeding limits may be throttled or suspended.
4.3 Use of ASN and IPs
SN WHITE HOSTING owns and controls its ASN and IP addresses.
Clients must not engage in spam, phishing, malware hosting, or abuse that affects the reputation of IPs.
SN WHITE HOSTING reserves the right to suspend, block, or reassign IPs in case of abuse.
4.4 External Providers
SN WHITE HOSTING may utilize third-party providers. Failures by external providers do not transfer liability to SN WHITE HOSTING.
5. CLIENT OBLIGATIONS
Clients agree to:
Use services in compliance with the law and our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).
Prohibit illegal activities, spam, malware, phishing, DDoS attacks, or copyright infringement.
Keep contact and billing information updated.
Secure account credentials and assume responsibility for all account activity.
For VPS/Dedicated Servers: maintain backups, manage software/security, and acknowledge SN WHITE HOSTING is not responsible for data loss, malware, or misconfigurations.
6. BILLING AND PAYMENTS
All payments are made to SN WHITE HOSTING.
Facturas are generated 7 days before the due date, and automatic charges occur 2 days before.
By default, any payment method set up will be used for automatic charges; to disable automatic payments, the client must open a ticket.
Late payments may result in suspension, termination, or additional collection fees.
7. DOMAIN REGISTRATION AND TRANSFER
Clients are the legal owners of registered domains and must provide accurate WHOIS information.
SN WHITE HOSTING acts as an intermediary with accredited registrars.
Clients are responsible for domain renewal, DNS configuration, and legal compliance.
8. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
Services may be suspended or terminated for:
Non-payment
Breach of Terms
Illegal activities or AUP violations
Security risks or abuse
8.1 Termination for Intimidation, Harassment, or Abusive Behavior
Zero tolerance for bullying, harassment, threats, coercion, verbal abuse, or disrespect toward staff, contractors, representatives, or the Company Founder.
30-day notice is given; service remains active only for migration.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
SN WHITE HOSTING is not liable for:
Indirect/consequential damages, lost profits, or revenue
Failures caused by third-party providers (network, software, cloud)
Data loss due to client negligence, misconfiguration, or non-payment
Service interruptions caused by client actions, malware, or exceeding resource limits
10. SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT (SLA)
Uptime guarantees apply only to service availability; client misconfigurations or resource violations are excluded.
Compensation via account credit, not cash refunds:

| 98.0% – 98.99% | 10% |
| Below 98.0% | 25% |
Requests must be submitted within 10 days of the incident.
11. BACKUPS
Provided backups are for convenience only.
Clients are responsible for their own backups.
SN WHITE HOSTING does not guarantee backup availability or integrity unless explicitly stated.
12. MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICES AND PRICES
SN WHITE HOSTING may modify service specifications or prices at any time.
15-day notice via email or Client Panel News.
Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
13. PRIVACY, DATA, AND EU COMPLIANCE
Compliance with GDPR, Cookie Policy, and Data Processing Addendum (DPA).
EU clients retain the right to 14-day digital service withdrawal unless service fully executed with prior consent.
SN WHITE HOSTING may cooperate with authorities and deliver client data under judicial orders.
14. ABUSE, SECURITY, AND COMPLIANCE
Clients must not use services for illegal, abusive, or malicious activity.
Violations may result in suspension, termination, or IP blocking.
Monitoring may occur to maintain network integrity and IP reputation.
15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Clients must respect IP rights, trademarks, and copyrights.
SN WHITE HOSTING retains all rights to its software, trademarks, and content unless explicitly licensed.
16. CONSUMER PROTECTIONS
Clients are responsible for compliance with local digital service laws.
SN WHITE HOSTING disclaims liability for third-party software or content installed/managed by clients.
