SN WHITE HOSTING™ Abuse Handling Policy
1. Purpose
This policy defines the procedures SN WHITE HOSTING™ follows to receive, investigate, and resolve abuse reports related to the services we provide, including web hosting, domain registration, VPS, dedicated servers, and associated services.
The purpose is to maintain a secure, lawful, and stable environment for all clients and third parties.
2. Definition of Abuse
For the purposes of this policy, abuse is any illegal, fraudulent, malicious, or policy-violating activity that breaches:
SN WHITE HOSTING™ General Terms of Service
Política de Uso Aceptable (AUP)
ICANN policies
Including, but not limited to:
Phishing, scams, fraud, or misrepresentation
Distribution of malware, viruses, trojans, or malicious code
Mass or unsolicited spam (email, comments, messages)
Copyright or trademark infringement
Activities compromising systems or network security (e.g., DDoS, unauthorized access)
Hosting or distributing illegal content, including CSAM
3. Reporting Channels
All abuse reports must be sent to abuse@snwhitehosting.com and include:
Reporter’s contact information
Clear description of the incident
Evidence or links supporting the report
Relevant technical information (IP addresses, email headers, timestamps, etc.)
Reports that lack sufficient detail may delay investigation.
4. Abuse Handling Procedure
4.1 Receipt of Report
Acknowledgment within 24 business hours.
4.2 Preliminary Assessment
Determination if the report falls within the scope of this policy.
4.3 Investigation
Review of evidence and request for additional information if needed
Identification of the client/service responsible for the reported abuse
4.4 Corrective Action (Escalated by Severity)
Depending on severity and impact:
Mild/Minor: Request client to remove offending content or cease activity
Moderate: Temporarily suspend service until issue is resolved
Severe/Critical: Immediate permanent termination of service
SN WHITE HOSTING™ reserves the right to limit technical support during abuse resolution.
4.5 Case Closure
Notification to reporter (when possible) and affected client regarding resolution
Documentation of actions taken for internal records and compliance purposes
5. Cooperation with Authorities
SN WHITE HOSTING™ will fully cooperate with relevant authorities in case of illegal activities
All information provided will comply with applicable privacy and data protection laws
6. Protection Against False or Malicious Reports
Submitting false, misleading, or malicious reports may result in:
Legal action
Blocking from abuse reporting systems
Potential termination of services if abuse of the system is proven
7. Termination for Intimidation, Harassment, or Abusive Behavior
Any form of intimidation, threats, harassment, coercion, verbal abuse, or disrespect toward SN WHITE HOSTING™ staff, contractors, representatives, service providers, or the founder is strictly prohibited.
Such behavior constitutes a material breach of the General Terms of Service and may result in immediate service termination.
7.1 Notice and Migration
Clients will receive a 30-day calendar notice before termination solely for data and service migration.
During this period:
Services remain billed normally
Technical support is limited to migration assistance
After the notice period, services may be permanently terminated and data irreversibly deleted. SN WHITE HOSTING™ is not liable for data loss if migration is not completed on time.
8. Client Responsibility
Clients must ensure their services are not used to conduct abuse, including spam, DDoS, unauthorized access, or other malicious activity.
Abuse originating from client services may result in immediate suspension or termination without prior notice.
9. Privacy and Confidentiality
All investigations will respect client and reporter privacy
Information will only be shared on a need-to-know basis, and legal obligations will always be respected
10. Policy Amendments
SN WHITE HOSTING™ may amend this policy at any time
Changes will be published at least 15 days prior on snwhitehosting.com
Continued use of services after publication constitutes acceptance of the updated policy
