SN WHITE HOSTING™ Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

1. Program Overview

The SN WHITE HOSTING™ Affiliate Program allows partners (“Partners”) to earn recurring commissions by referring new customers (“Clients”). This agreement sets forth the terms and conditions applicable to all participants of the program.

Commissions are calculated on recurring, continuously billed services, with a tiered model rewarding growth and maintenance of an active client base.

2. Base Commission

All Partners start with a 10% recurring commission on the net amount of qualifying services.

2.1. Included Services

Commissions apply only to the following recurring services:

Shared Hosting

Game Servers

Reseller Hosting

Email Services

2.2. Commission Calculation

Commissions are calculated on the net service amount, excluding taxes, registration fees, setup fees, or any non-recurring charges.

2.3. Commission Maintenance

Commissions remain active only while the referred client maintains at least one active and paid service. Suspension, cancellation, or non-payment results in the loss of the related commission.

3. Automatic Tiered Commission

Commission percentage increases automatically based on the number of active clients referred, and applies retroactively to all active clients of the Partner.

The percentage achieved applies to all active clients, not just new or additional ones.

3.3. Monthly Review

Tier and commission percentage are reviewed monthly based on the number of active clients during that billing period.

4. Validation of Referred Clients

4.1. Validation Requirements

For a client to qualify as valid and generate commissions, all the following must be met:

Services contracted exclusively via the Partner’s official referral link.

Properly tracked in our system at the time of signup.

At least one service active for a minimum of 30 days.

Payment up to date at the time of the monthly review.

4.2. Client Exclusions

The following will not be counted as valid referred clients:

Clients manually registered by SN WHITE HOSTING™ staff.

Clients with pre-existing accounts.

Signups without a valid affiliate referral.

Clients with canceled, suspended, or unpaid services.

4.3. Limitation of Liability

SN WHITE HOSTING™ is not responsible for referrals not tracked correctly due to cookie blockers, disabled cookies, browser extensions, or other factors outside the company’s control.

5. Tier Adjustments and Maintenance

5.1. Tier Downgrade

If a Partner falls below their tier for two consecutive months, the commission will automatically adjust to the level corresponding to the current number of active clients.

5.2. Tier Recovery

Partners can regain or increase their tier at any time by reaching the required number of active clients for the higher tier.

5.3. Calculation Basis

Tier calculation is based exclusively on active clients during the monthly review, excluding historical inactive or canceled clients.

6. Commission Exclusions

No commissions will be earned on:

One-time or single payments

Setup, installation, or configuration fees

Non-recurring or one-off services

Taxes, governmental fees, or regulatory charges

Services contracted for internal use by the Partner

Transactions resulting from fraudulent, abusive, or misleading activities

SN WHITE HOSTING™ reserves the right to withhold, adjust, or cancel commissions in cases of fraud, abusive self-referrals, deceptive practices, or misuse of the program.

7. Payment Methods and Schedule

7.1. Payment Methods

Commissions may be paid via:

Internal Account Balance: No minimum required; commissions credited automatically to Partner’s account balance.

Direct Bank Transfer: Minimum accumulated balance of €50 required; valid bank details must be provided.

7.2. Payment Schedule

Commissions are settled monthly, within the first 10 business days of the month following the billing period.

7.3. Payment Verification

All commissions are subject to verification of underlying transactions. SN WHITE HOSTING™ reserves the right to hold payments pending investigation of suspicious activity.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Partners must not:

Post referral links in unsolicited emails or spam

Use phishing, deception, or misrepresentation to obtain referrals

Create fraudulent or fake accounts to generate commissions

Manipulate tracking systems or referral cookies

Self-refer or create circular referrals

Offer incentives contradicting SN WHITE HOSTING™ policies

Use SN WHITE HOSTING™’s name or brand without prior written consent

Violation will result in immediate suspension and loss of all pending commissions.

9. Tax Responsibilities

Partners are responsible for all taxes and fiscal obligations related to commissions earned. SN WHITE HOSTING™ is not responsible for withholding, declaring, or paying taxes on behalf of the Partner.

Where legally required, SN WHITE HOSTING™ will issue appropriate tax documents and may withhold applicable taxes.

10. Suspension and Termination

10.1. Right to Suspend

SN WHITE HOSTING™ may suspend or terminate a Partner’s participation in cases of:

Violation of these terms

Fraudulent or deceptive activity

Non-payment or arrears as a client

Conduct damaging SN WHITE HOSTING™’s reputation

Continuous inactivity for more than 12 months

10.2. Loss of Commissions

Upon suspension or termination, pending commissions may be permanently withheld. Commissions already paid are non-refundable, except in cases of verified fraud.

10.3. Voluntary Termination

Partners may terminate participation at any time by written notice. Accumulated commissions up to the termination date will be paid per this agreement.

11. Modification of Terms

SN WHITE HOSTING™ may modify the program terms, including:

Commission percentages

Tier structure

Included or excluded services

Payment methods and schedule

Validation requirements for clients

Changes will be notified 30 calendar days in advance via email and in the client area. Continuation in the program constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Limitation of Liability

SN WHITE HOSTING™ is not liable for:

Loss of commissions due to technical factors beyond its control

Referral tracking errors caused by cookies or third-party software

Business decisions of referred clients that result in service cancellations

Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages from program participation

13. Intellectual Property

Use of SN WHITE HOSTING™’s name, logo, brand, or marketing materials requires prior written approval. Approved materials may only be used to promote SN WHITE HOSTING™ services. Unauthorized use will result in immediate program termination.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes must be reported in writing through the support system within 30 days of the event. SN WHITE HOSTING™ will investigate and issue a final decision within 15 business days, which will be binding.

15. Acceptance and Effective Date

By participating in the SN WHITE HOSTING™ Affiliate Program, the Partner agrees to be bound by these terms. This agreement is effective from the Partner’s registration date and remains in force until terminated as described in Section 10.
