SN WHITE HOSTING™ – SN SOLUTIONS LLC Effective Date: August 1, 2025

1. Purpose of the Agreement

This Agreement governs the provision of web hosting services by SN WHITE HOSTING™, operated by SN SOLUTIONS LLC, to the Customer. By purchasing and using the hosting services, the Customer agrees to the terms set forth in this document, as well as in the General Terms of Service (TOS), Specific Service Terms (SST), Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), and Service Level Agreement (SLA).

2. Term and Renewal

2.1. The duration of the hosting service shall be as specified in the Customer's order (monthly, annual, or other).

2.2. The service shall be automatically renewed for subsequent periods unless the Customer provides notice of non-renewal at least 15 days in advance.

2.3. Failure to renew or pay will result in suspension of the service 3 days after the due date, and permanent deletion of all data 10 days after the due date.

2.4. Dedicated servers must be fully paid before the due date. If payment is not received, the dedicated server will be terminated immediately without prior notice.

3. Availability and SLA

3.1. SN WHITE HOSTING™ guarantees a minimum availability of 99.95%, in accordance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA).

3.2. In the event of SLA breach, the Customer shall be entitled to service credits as set forth in the General Terms.

3.3. Scheduled backups are performed during early morning hours (generally at 03:00 AM) to minimize impact on service performance.

4. Backups

4.1. SN WHITE HOSTING™ performs automatic backups of hosted data:

Incremental backups Monday through Saturday.

Full backups on Sundays at 03:00 AM (server time).

4.2. Backups are provided as an additional safety measure but do not replace the Customer's obligation to maintain independent local copies.

4.3. Customers are responsible for maintaining external backups if required. SN WHITE HOSTING™ shall not be liable for data loss if the Customer fails to maintain additional backups.

5. Customer Obligations

The Customer agrees to:

Use the service solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with the AUP.

Not use the hosting service as an external storage or backup server (a StorageBox service may be provided for such purposes).

Keep billing and contact details accurate and up to date.

Use email accounts responsibly. Even if unlimited email accounts are provided, sending large volumes of email per day or hour can exceed system limits and may cause service interruptions.
