Expired Domain Recovery Policy

The process and terms for recovering domains that have expired.

Please read this agreement carefully, as it contains important information regarding your legal rights and remedies.

SN WHITE HOSTING™ Expired Domain Recovery Policy

1. Purpose

This policy defines the grace periods, redemption periods, and deletion procedures for expired domain names registered through SN WHITE HOSTING™. The goal is to ensure a clear process for domain recovery while protecting both the registrar and registrants.

3. Grace Period (0–5 Days)

The domain remains registered to the original owner.

The domain is not deleted during this period.

DNS services may be temporarily disabled by SN WHITE HOSTING™.

Renewal is possible at the standard renewal rate.

No additional fees apply during the grace period.

4. Redemption Period (6–35 Days)

After the grace period, the domain enters the redemption period.

The original registrant may still recover the domain.

A redemption fee applies in addition to the standard renewal fee.

SN WHITE HOSTING™ will notify the registrant during this period with instructions on how to recover the domain.

Recovery requests must be submitted via a support ticket.

5. Deletion (After 35 Days)

Domains not recovered during the redemption period will be permanently deleted.

Deleted domains become available for public registration.

SN WHITE HOSTING™ is not responsible if a third party registers the deleted domain.

No recovery is possible after deletion.

6. Notification Requirements

SN WHITE HOSTING™ will attempt to notify the domain registrant through:

The email address associated with the domain registration.

Any alternative contact information provided by the registrant.

Notifications will be sent at:

Domain expiration

Start of the grace period

Start of the redemption period

7. Special TLD Rules

Certain TLDs may have different grace or redemption periods according to registry policies.

SN WHITE HOSTING™ will follow the specific rules of each TLD registry.

8. Responsibilities

SN WHITE HOSTING™ is not responsible for domain loss due to non-payment, failure to renew, or outdated contact information.

Registrants are responsible for:

Timely renewal payments

Keeping contact information up to date

Monitoring expiration and renewal notifications

9. Policy Amendments

SN WHITE HOSTING™ reserves the right to amend this policy at any time.

Customers will be notified at least 15 days in advance of any changes.

Continued registration of domains constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
