Specific Terms of Service

Targeted legal provisions applying to specialized products.

Please read this agreement carefully, as it contains important information regarding your legal rights and remedies.

SN WHITE HOSTING – Specific Service Terms (Updated)

Effective Date: February 21, 2026

1. SCOPE

These Specific Terms supplement the General Terms of Service and regulate the specific aspects of the services provided by SN WHITE HOSTING™, including:

Hosting: Shared, WordPress, and Reseller Hosting

Servers: VPS (Virtual Private Servers), Dedicated Servers, Game Servers, and Docker Containers

Storage: StorageBox (dedicated solutions for backup and storage)

Domains & Security: Domain registration and SSL Certificates

Licensing: Licenses for cPanel, Plesk, various control panels, and software addons

In case of conflict between these Specific Terms and the General Terms, these Specific Terms shall prevail.

2. SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT (SLA)

SN WHITE HOSTING guarantees a minimum monthly uptime of 99.95% for hosting and server services, excluding interruptions caused by:

Scheduled maintenance (with prior notice)

Failures beyond SN WHITE HOSTING control (external network, DDoS attacks, force majeure)

Misconfigurations, malware, or misuse by the Client on unmanaged services

Compensation: SLA credits are granted as per the General Terms of Service, exclusively via account credit, not cash refunds.

3. PLAN SPECIFICATIONS AND FEATURES

All technical specifications (CPU, RAM, disk, bandwidth), resource limits, pricing, and plan features are detailed in the Client Panel.

Clients must open a ticket for custom configurations, upgrades, or commercial inquiries.

SN WHITE HOSTING reserves the right to limit resource usage to ensure fair service across accounts.

4. VPS / DEDICATED SERVERS

Managed vs Unmanaged

Managed VPS/Dedicated must be selected at the time of provisioning.

Clients cannot upgrade from Unmanaged to Managed after provisioning.

Managed VPS/Dedicated can be downgraded to Unmanaged at any time.

Client Responsibilities

Maintain backups and data integrity (SN WHITE HOSTING does not guarantee client backups unless explicitly stated).

Manage server security, updates, and configuration.

Accept that SN WHITE HOSTING is not liable for data loss, misconfiguration, malware, or unauthorized access.

5. STORAGEBOX AND BACKUPS

Backups are incremental Monday–Saturday, with a full backup on Sunday at 03:00 AM, for disaster recovery convenience only.

Clients are primarily responsible for external backups.

StorageBox users must manage data governance, access, and organization.

6. DOMAIN REGISTRATION AND LICENSING

SN WHITE HOSTING acts as an intermediary with ICANN-accredited registrars.

Clients are legal owners of domains and must ensure WHOIS data accuracy.

Domain renewal is automatic unless canceled before expiration.

Licensing (cPanel, Plesk, etc.) is governed by the original vendor. SN WHITE HOSTING facilitates provision but is not the software owner.

7. USAGE LIMITATIONS

Clients must not use services for:

Illegal activities

Spam, phishing, or unsolicited bulk emails

Malware hosting

Copyright infringement or unauthorized content

Activities that may damage SN WHITE HOSTING infrastructure, IPs, or ASN reputation

Resource abuse, excessive processes, or DDoS attacks

SN WHITE HOSTING may suspend or limit services to protect the network or its IP/ASN reputation.

8. PAYMENTS AND BILLING

Invoices are generated 7 days before due date.

Automatic charge occurs 2 days before due date using the stored payment method.

By default, any saved payment method will automatically process charges.

Clients must open a ticket to disable automatic charges.

Non-payment may result in service suspension, termination, and collection procedures.

9. COLLABORATION WITH AUTHORITIES

SN WHITE HOSTING may cooperate with law enforcement and comply with judicial orders, including providing client data as required by law.

Clients acknowledge that data may be disclosed to authorities to prevent illegal activities, protect infrastructure, or comply with legal obligations.

10. MODIFICATIONS

SN WHITE HOSTING may update service specifications or pricing at any time.

Clients will be notified via email or Client Panel news at least 15 days in advance.

Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the changes.

11. LIABILITY

SN WHITE HOSTING is not responsible for:

Client data loss

Malware or misconfiguration in unmanaged servers

Downtime caused by client misuse or resource abuse

Third-party software or services installed or managed by the client
