SN WHITE HOSTING™ TLD Registration Policy
1. Purpose
This policy sets forth the terms and conditions under which SN WHITE HOSTING™, operated by SN SOLUTIONS LLC, facilitates the registration of domain names under various Top-Level Domains (TLDs), including:
Generic TLDs (gTLDs)
Country-Code TLDs (ccTLDs)
New gTLDs (nTLDs)
It governs the rights and obligations of registrants and ensures compliance with registry and regulatory rules.
2. Authority and Compliance
All domain registrations are subject to the rules and policies of the relevant authorities:
ICANN (Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers)
Individual TLD registries (e.g., NIC.es, Afnic, Nominet)
nTLD registries operating under specific agreements
SN WHITE HOSTING™ acts as an independent registrar and service provider, collaborating with ICANN-accredited registrars depending on the TLD. All registration activities must comply with ICANN, registry, and local laws.
3. Availability and Restrictions
TLD availability varies; not all TLDs are offered to all users.
Some TLDs may have specific eligibility requirements, such as:
Local presence
Citizenship or residency
Business registration
Clients will be informed of these special requirements prior to registration.
Availability does not guarantee successful registration; approval depends on registry validation.
4. Registration and Activation
Registration begins only after full payment is received and confirmed.
Certain TLDs may require additional validation or documentation, which may delay activation.
Final registration is subject to approval by the relevant registry.
5. Renewal and Deletion
Domains must be renewed before expiration as described in our Expired Domain Recovery Policy.
Registration does not guarantee automatic renewal; failure to follow renewal procedures may result in loss of the domain.
Expired or deleted domains may be subject to grace and redemption periods as per the recovery policy.
6. Changes and Transfers
Changes to domain ownership, registrant, or contact information must comply with the rules of the corresponding registry.
For domain transfer procedures, refer to the Domain Name Transfer Agreement.
SN WHITE HOSTING™ is not responsible for delays or denials caused by registry policies or third-party registrars.
7. Pricing and Conditions
Pricing varies by TLD and may include additional fees imposed by the registry.
SN WHITE HOSTING™ reserves the right to modify prices with at least 15 days’ prior notice.
Refunds are not guaranteed in cases of customer error, non-compliance, or registry rejection.
8. Prohibited Registrations
Domains may not be registered or used in ways that:
Infringe on trademarks or intellectual property rights
Are used for illegal activities, spam, phishing, or impersonation
Violate ICANN policies or the rules of the specific TLD registry
Circumvent eligibility restrictions imposed by the registry
SN WHITE HOSTING™ reserves the right to reject, suspend, or cancel registrations that violate these rules.
9. Policy Amendments
SN WHITE HOSTING™ may amend this policy at any time.
Changes will be posted on snwhitehosting.com at least 15 days before taking effect.
Continued registration or renewal of domains constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
