Domain Dispute Resolution Policy

Procedures for resolving domain name ownership disputes.

Please read this agreement carefully, as it contains important information regarding your legal rights and remedies.

SN WHITE HOSTING™ Domain Dispute Resolution Policy

1. Purpose

This policy establishes the procedures SN WHITE HOSTING™, operated by SN SOLUTIONS LLC, follows in the event of disputes regarding the registration, ownership, or use of domain names managed through ICANN-accredited registrars for the relevant TLD.

It ensures compliance with ICANN rules, registry-specific policies, and applicable laws.

2. Scope of Application

This policy applies to disputes involving:

Conflicts between third parties and the domain registrant.

Trademark or intellectual property claims.

Unauthorized, unlawful, or abusive use of domain names.

It applies to both generic TLDs (gTLDs) and most ICANN-governed TLDs, unless a registry-specific dispute policy overrides.

3. UDRP Procedure (Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy)

All gTLDs and most ICANN-governed TLDs are subject to the UDRP, a mandatory arbitration process.

Disputes are handled by authorized dispute resolution providers, such as:

WIPO (World Intellectual Property Organization)

Forum (formerly NAF – National Arbitration Forum)

Registrants agree to comply with UDRP procedures and accept the binding decisions of authorized arbitration bodies.

4. TLD-Specific Dispute Policies

Certain geographic TLDs (ccTLDs) or new TLDs (nTLDs) may have specific dispute resolution rules established by the registry.

Registrants are responsible for reviewing and complying with the official dispute policy of their TLD.

In case of conflict, the registry’s policy prevails over this general policy.

5. SN WHITE HOSTING™ Role

SN WHITE HOSTING™ acts solely as a technical intermediary when contacted by the registrar or other authorities.

Upon receiving a valid dispute resolution order (e.g., from WIPO), SN WHITE HOSTING™ will comply without intervention from the client.

SN WHITE HOSTING™ does not arbitrate or adjudicate disputes between external parties.

6. Temporary Suspension or Forced Transfer

In compliance with legal obligations or dispute outcomes, SN WHITE HOSTING™ may:

Temporarily suspend domain services.

Block domain transfers during the dispute process.

Execute a forced domain transfer according to the outcome of a valid dispute resolution decision.

Registrants will be notified of any actions where feasible.

7. Disclaimer of Liability

SN WHITE HOSTING™ is not responsible for any losses, damages, or consequences arising from domain disputes.

The registrant assumes all risk associated with domain use, including legal, financial, or operational impacts.

8. Policy Amendments

SN WHITE HOSTING™ reserves the right to update or amend this policy at any time.

Any changes will be published at least 15 days in advance on snwhitehosting.com prior to becoming effective.

Continued use or registration of domains constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
